"PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY MY ORDER IS BEING DELAYED"?

THE ANSWER IS OFTEN AVOIDABLE: PO MISTAKES:

  • Pricing - By far the most common cause of a shipment being delayed is a discrepancy in pricing on a PO. Be sure to use the most current pricing on your PO's and you can avoid significant shipping delays as customer service works to verify the correct pricing for your account. If you are unsure of your pricing please contact your sales rep who can provide you with your most current pricelist.
  • Quantities - If you are not sure how an item is packaged and sold, please feel free to call customer service or visit our website www.dynarex.com.
  • Item Numbers - You should always list Dynarex item numbers on your PO. Without having the correct item number, customer service has to verify with you the item you are looking for which causes the order to be held until verified.
  • Ship To Address - We do not ship to PO boxes and orders shipping out of the country need freight forwarder information to be provided. Keep in mind we only ship UPS from our Arkansas location. Dynarex ships via Federal Express from all locations. We do not ship via USPS.
  • Special Requests - Any special requests such as lift-gate or inside delivery should be clearly noted on the PO to avoid a truck showing up unprepared and resulting in a redelivery charge.
  • Contact Information - It is very helpful if we have current contact information on the purchase orders in case of questions or issues with the order being processed.
  • Phone Messages - When placing your order with us please make sure to note the UOM the item is sold in. Most Dynarex items are sold by the case and all UOM's are listed next to product description in both our catalog and website www.dynarex.com.
