Who can purchase from us?
Distributors with a resale certificate who are able to meet minimum purchase order requirements. Requests may be submitted through our become a distributor form.
Where can I get a catalog or a sample?
Can I purchase your products on your website?
No, you must be an established Dynarex customer to buy direct from us.
What does PPE mean?
Personal Protection Equipment.

How can I get a copy of my order confirmation?
Dynarex emails three different confirmations. The first order acknowledgement email is sent once the order is received and entered into our system, and it includes Dynarex’s order number. The second order confirmation gives you full insight as to what is being shipped by the warehouse. Lastly, a shipment confirmation email is sent with tracking information once the order is picked up by the carrier. You must be signed up for these email confirmations, so please contact Customer Care to ensure that you are.
I am a customer of your products, where can I find a list of your distributors?
Distributors selling Dynarex products can be found based on geographical location, or via the link Become a Distributor and a Sales Representative will contact you.

How do I determine the shelf life of a product?
Typically, if there is a shelf life for a particular product, it would be listed with an expiration date on the product. If you have a question you should consult our sales support department for more information.

Oxygen Concentrator Repairs
The Dynarex Oxygen Concentrator (10800/33950) is sold with a limited warranty. To avoid being charged for repairs that should be covered under the limited warranty, you must follow the specific procedures below.
• BEFORE sending any concentrator to any repair center, the first step is to complete an online return authorization form using the link: https://dynarex.com/warranty-service
• Once the authorization for warranty service is processed you will receive a communication from Dynarex warranty/claims department that provides instructions for sending the concentrator(s) to the authorized repair center.
• The remainder of the repair process will be managed between you and the repair center.
DO NOT send in pieces to any repair center at your convenience. Any concentrator sent without prior authorization will be returned to you at your own expense.
If you have a strong preference for a specific repair center, you may discuss this with your Dynarex Sales Rep. Dynarex will try to accommodate you if possible.
How do you read our product packaging (i.e., 12/20/Cs)?
That would be 12 boxes per case. 20 individual items per box.

What product is equivalent to 3M Tegaderm?
The Dynarex product is equivalent to View Guard. For more cross references of products, please consult your Dynarex Sales Representative.
Are all your products latex free?
Dynarex offers a variety of products that are "latex free". However, if you are looking for a specific product, it is best to look up the product and it would be listed as part of the product description information.
Do you do dropships? What is the cost?
Yes, we do dropships, and the cost is predicated on the order. Please contact your Customer Care Representative.
How can I find out product availability?
Contact your Customer Care Representative or Account Manager.
What is the price of the item?
Contact your Account Manager for all your pricing.
What is the country of origin for this product?
This information is listed on the product page under specifications.
Quality
Who do I contact with a quality/product question or concern?
You should contact your distributor to report any quality claims. Product questions can be requested by email using the inquiry page on our website or by contacting our Quality Control Department.
What information is needed in order for me to report a product or quality complaint, such as malfunctioning products, shortages, and damages?
We need your purchase order number, sales order number, item number and quantity, and lot number - should be communicated from the distributor you purchased the product from.
Where can I find a SDS sheet for your products?
You may find a SDS sheet in the product resources tab on the product family pages.
Can you tell me about this product….what are the ingredients? I have allergies….is there e.g., latex in the product?
Each product page has a list of specifications. Should there be something that a customer is asking for but is not listed, please contact our Quality Control Department via Quality Inquiry.
After Sales
Can you tell me the status of my backorders?
Your Customer Care Representative will communicate with you on all backorders.
What is the warranty of the product I want to purchase?
Dynarex stands behind all their products for manufacturing defects. If there is a specific warranty for a product it would be listed on the product page on our website.
I need technical assistance on one of your products (Oxygen Concentrator, DME?)
Go to the Dynarex home page and click on Open a Case and ask the question about the product you have. Our after sales specialist will get back to you.
When will my order be shipping, or has my order shipped and what is the ETA?
Dynarex’ s turnaround time is typically 24/48hours processing time. Please ensure you are signed up to receive the shipment confirmations. If you are unsure, please contact Customer Care.
